April Good - Lashley Land

April Good is a licensed real estate associate broker with Lashley Land & Recreational Brokers, Inc. specializing in farm, ranch, and recreational sales as well as residential properties. She grew up in the heart of the Sandhills before attending the University of Nebraska at Kearney and graduated with a bachelors degree in Business Administration and a real estate emphasis. Always having a passion for real estate, she soon thereafter started her company Mid America Land & Realty, L.L.C. as the employing broker of several agents for 13 years before joining the Lashley Land team. Her education and experience as an employing broker enabled her to gain extensive knowledge of the various markets and has been able to successfully list and sell properties of all kinds.

April Good enjoys spending most of her free time outdoors with her family and friends whether it involves camping at the lake, riding ATVs or tubing the Long Pine Creek with her daughters as she grew up doing. She looks forward to being a part of the Lashley Land team to help her better serve the areas real estate needs, particularly with the farm, ranch and recreational sales.
