In an effort to expand our formal offerings to our clientele, Lashley Land and Recreational Brokers has brought Circle G Ag Real Estate under our umbrella to offer farm and ranch management in Nebraska. Circle G is a firm owned and operated by Grandfather/Grandson team, Gary Greder, and Jordan Maassen. Gary has long provided the most professional, informative, loyal, and dedicated farm and ranch management services in the State of Nebraska. Jordan Maassen is continuing his Grandfather’s legacy, having taken over the operation after several years of expert tutelage. Now, Jordan continues this tradition under the Lashley Land roof, having available to him all the agriculture knowledge and expertise of over 100 years of agent experience within the company.
Here at Lashley Land, we are more than just real estate brokers. Our consultation services start with a discussion with each client about the short and long-term goals they have with their agricultural properties. We then conduct an onsite farm or ranch analysis and review. Upon completion of the review, we will tailor a management contract to your individual wants, and begin developing a custom farming services plan for your unique operation. Following each farm or ranch inspection, a complimentary written report will be provided to the farm owners informing them of the progress on each farmland property they own. Upon conclusion of the growing season, each client will receive a year-end financial analysis highlighting how the farming operation or ranch progressed throughout the season.
