This is an excellent pivot quarter located in a strong farming area. The soils in this area are mostly Class 1 and Class 2 (irrigated) Holdrege silt loam. This area typically receieve 22″ to 24″ of annual rainfall. This parcel is located in the Tri-Basin NRD within the Platte watershed, and as such, has no pumping restrictions.
