The Lake McConaughy property has a 2017 Champion manufactured home! (You’d never know it wasn’t a stick built home!) With a 36-pier foundation system, two large decks on the front and back of the home. This house was made to entertain! Sunny-side mornings/ evenings, and shade-side hot afternoons. The back deck features a special cutout where you can pull your boat trailer into it, allowing you to walk right out onto your boat. No ladder required! For the sun worshipers, there are several umbrella holders built in the deck for additional shade around patio furniture and lounge chairs out front.

Inside 14 Kingsley Dam Resort, you’ll step into a stunning 3 Bed, 2 full bath home. The open floor plan makes it perfect to take in the views from everywhere in the main living area and kitchen. The kitchen has a beautiful tray ceiling, with additional windows that allow natural light to pour in. The huge island can seat up to 8, with underneath storage for all of your entertaining supplies. There is an area by the sliding glass door for an additional table and chairs. The chef will love the large stove complete with professional range hood and a pot filler! There’s a lot of counter space, perfect for the prep cook!

The living area has a beautiful stone propane fireplace, that gives plenty of heat for the chilly fall/winter nights. The large picture window lets you relax at the end of the day and take it all in!

All 3 bedrooms have large walk-in closets. The primary bedroom has its own en-suite, with large walk in shower and separate soaking tub. The primary has a unique remote control TV lift. It keeps the TV tucked out of the way of your view, but easily lowered at night to watch your favorite shows. Both the primary and the second guest suites have beautiful lake views.

Some other fun facts are: Located just minutes from the Spillway Bay boat ramp and Kingsley Dam C store. This would be a perfect place for a family reunion, as you can rent additional cabins that are just steps from the residence.  Cabins rent from $99 to $229 a night depending on how many. There are additional RV spots all around the home that are also available to rent. The home is all electric and very efficient. It’s not far from downtown Ogallala and other restaurants on Lake Mac. There is a yearly lot rent. Lease is $2,500 annually with a one time $1,000 deposit. It is allowed to sub lease for an Air B&B/Vrbo with proper permits and permission from Central and the County. The furnishings can be negotiated between buyer and seller outside of the sale.
