Robby grew up in rural North Dakota on a family operated lake resort and campground. Upon graduating high school, he enlisted in the Army where he served two years in West Germany.
After the Army, Robby studied business and hospitality at North Dakota State and graduated in 1990. He started a career in hospitality development and management that led to him forming a partnership in Northern Colorado building and managing hotel property from 1998-2018.
In 2018, he escaped to live the Good Life in Nebraska. He now lives on a small acreage on Jeffrey Lake south of Brady, Nebraska. He is passionate about the outdoors, the rural experience, golfing and all things the lake life provides.
He previously held his real estate license in Colorado, and is very comfortable with the real estate process. Robby is excited to be a part of the Lashley team.
