Ellie Schad is our Designated Broker and Director of Operations at Lashley Land. Ellie came to us with 20 years of diverse Management and Data Analysis experience with companies ranging from large Regional Hospitals to the Union Pacific Railroad. Ellie is a meticulous record keeper, a diligent contract manager and an excellent personnel manager who brought innovative technology and expertise previously unknown within the organization. Ellie is the glue that holds the center of Lashley Land and has become an indispensable member of our Team. Ellie is a former elite athlete and member of Olympic shooting teams, and went on to represent USA Shooting nationwide to start her career. Ellie is a fierce advocate and champion to our clients as well as our agents. Her leadership has transformed Lashley Land and will continue to foster the company’s growth and expansion into the future.
