Annette Cochran

Our dedicated Property Manager, Annette Cochran, brings a wealth of experience in property management, customer service, marketing, and sales to her role on our team. Her years of experience at a Property Management firm have given her insight to property owner’s expectations and hopes regarding reports and communication on their holdings. Her desire to provide an entirely new level of innovation to Property Management is what differentiates what we offer above our competition. Prior to Property Management, Annette worked in advertising, advising clients on various marketing methods and how they might reach their target audience. This experience serves her well in advertising for new tenants and selling the attributes of any given property. Annette is friendly and approachable, capable of fostering a sense of community among tenants. She is also bold and self-assured enough to have the difficult conversations that a Property Manager must sometimes have with problem tenants. She will be an excellent representative for your property and organization, and a loyal fiduciary for you and your interests.

Annette was born and raised in North Platte, and has a passion for serving in her community. She is actively involved numerous community service projects and local organizations. She is a tremendous resource for anyone moving to the area or unfamiliar with what Lincoln County has to offer. Tenants new to the area will quickly learn that Annette is a knowledgeable resource for nearly any inquiry!
