Ann Gray

Ann Gray- Formerly with BigIron Realty, lives in Lincoln, NE and represents the central and eastern end of Nebraska. Ann is part owner in three family-owned farm ranch operations.  Growing up on a farming operation in rural Nebraska has given her an in-depth knowledge and understanding of agribusiness and the many factors that can impact profitability of an operation, including soil quality, water availability and grass types.  Ann has a proven track record of sales and is experienced in all aspects of real estate, from farm-ranch, to development, commercial and residential.   With this vast experience it allows her to focus on her strengths, specializing in farms and ranches.  Ann has twice been awarded the International Sterling Society Award, which is recognition for the top 17% of company sales and has also repeatedly been awarded Top Producer, Top Selling Agent and Top Listing Agent.  Ann is a consummate professional with a solid grasp of the land market, and we are proud to have her at Lashley Land!
