Parcel 1: 14.57± ± total acres
Sunset Vista: 11 DEVELOPED LOTS
The 11 lot subdivision was just approved by the County Commissioners for development. It too has electricity added as well as good road access and the lots basically look toward the west and the lake. Some of the lots, because of terrain, are double lots. Sunrise Vista and Sunset Vista: Travel North of Ogallala on US Highway 26 to Eichners Sales and Service. Continue straight on Ogallala Beach Road to the Fuller and Associates Realty sign located on the corner of O’Connor Drive. Head east to Sunrise Vista on the right and Sunset Vista on the Left.

Eagle Crest Lots: Travel east on Highway 61 to the K-1 Cabin Area. Turn left and then right on the gravel road leading to K-1. The lots are located on the east side of the road past the second cattle gate.

Undeveloped Tracts: Located to the west of the K-1 road past the second cattle gate between K-1 and Ogallala Beach Road.
