This is an absolute auction of Cheyenne county grass and dryland farm ground.  There are 2042.61± total acres for the estate of Doris Stevens. The property will be sold in three parcels, which can be bought separately or as a whole. There is an old home, a mobile home, and old set of corrals in the SW corner of this property.  There is a submersible well at the improvement site and 2 other wells in the pasture, there are no cross fences. The previous operator has successfully run 80-90 head on this property year round, with just a little supplemental feed. This property would make an excellent summer grazing unit for approximately 110 pair for five months. The property has great access, as the east side of the pasture is bordered by Road 91 on the north side of Highway 30.
