Meadow Hay:  There are 400-600 bales harvested annually on the Zimmerman Ranch depending on moisture at a 1200 pound per bale average.

CSP Program: The ranch is enrolled in a C.S.P. program through the USDA NRCS with one year remaining, which has helped to make some water and tree improvements. The contract goes through 2021 and has the capability to be re-enrolled through the new buyer. The C.S.P. payment is $14,000 annually
