Roof: The roof is gabled with enameld steel panels and supported by a steel sub frame/wood frame.
Floor: The floor is 6” reinforced concrete in shop area with a recessed concrete pit to service truck sand 4” in office area over graveled based.  The south portion 7,290 ± SF of the building has 10” reinforced concrete floors.
Interior Finish: The interior of the office dry walled/paneling with suspended ceiling with tiled floors – The north portion is insulated with steel panels and steel ceiling panels.  The south building has a small amount of finish with a heat was bay and a floor drain with the balance of the building being unfinished without insulation.
